Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Manage subscription, or email us and we'll do it for you. Your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds

Monthly payments aren't usually refunded for partial months. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or SpeakItOut not working for your event, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, which can include a full refund.

OpenAI charges

AI translation usage is billed by OpenAI on your own account, so refunds for it are handled by OpenAI.
